THIS TUTORIAL IS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE TECHNICAL PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Recently, much of the media attention has been focused on the race among nations and companies (including both hardware and software) to develop the Quantum Computers, which has been considered as the paradigm shift with reference to the classical computing technology.
This year, the IEEE S3S conference will hold a half-day tutorial on Quantum Computing (QC).
